Large Letters and all orders over £20 placed over weekends and bank holidays will not be despatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, but this does not mean that has been collected by the courier, this is to indicate that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.
At our discretion, we may upgrade the postage option for orders of significant value or heavy items, we will not charge you any extra postage fees for this.
We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following despatch (UK orders) and 15 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.

Our international delivery costs and time scales will vary from country to country. The courier service used will depending on your country, we aim to use a courier that is local to the customer to ensure that your order is delivered as efficiently as possible. Tracking is available for all international orders.
Our order cut-off point for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. We endeavor to despatch all orders placed before this time on the same working day, however due to the amount of orders placed (especially after the weekend), sometimes this is not always possible.
International delivery starts at £9.99 - you can use our shipping estimator at the checkout to get specific prices.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. At peak times, especially around Christmas and Public Holidays, and during bad weather, deliveries may take longer than anticipated to arrive. We will provide tracking numbers for the relevant delivery service used. Although we will assist you in any way we can, we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced, we offer no guaranteed delivery times and do not refund postage fees for late deliveries. We unable to control any delays or problems with Custom or import officials within the destination countries, please check that your local legislation regarding the import of nicotine based products before ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are stopped, delayed or destroyed by customs.
